After completing this course, you will be able to:
- Describe the functions, activities and services of ground handlers and the relationship with the airlines and the airport authorities.
- Explain the organization of the market and to describe which are the main actors of this market
- Evaluate the quality of service and socio-economical impact of ground handling, and the competition in this field.
