Résumé
Aviation safety relies on aircraft certification. Certification involves procedures, processes and technical requirements defined by the Airworthiness Authorities. Manufacturers must show compliance.
Objectifs de la formation
- Put into practice on a concrete study case involving all the actors as well as the different certification processes and airworthiness documents.
- Explain how ICAO airworthiness principles are implemented in EU, in particular :
- international regulations, concepts, roles and responsibilities of the different actors involved in safety of air transport.
- Use EU requirements and apply the procedures and methods used for aircraft certification, from design to production and delivery, in particular:
- Have a clear understanding of Type Certification (TC) and TC Validation processes, and how manufacturers manage a certification program;
- EASA DOA, POA and ETSO processes;
- the different steps and certification activities up to delivery of the Certificate of Airworthiness.
- Put into practice on a concrete study case involving all the actors as well as the different certification processes and airworthiness documents.

Certification and aircraft airworthiness knowledge.
Description
The training is divided into 3 subparts and it can be completed as a whole, or partly.
PART 1 is a pre-requisite and mandatory for further attending to PARTS 2 and 3.
Thus the alternatives are :

- PART 1+3
