Résumé
This training allows attendees to work in teams on SMS development, implementation, assessment and maintenance for an Aircraft Operator.
Objectifs de la formation
This course will provide applicants with a solid foundation in basic Safety Management System concepts and will support initial implementation of SMS throughout their Airline.

TOEIC: 850 for 2-skill test; 785 for 4-skill test

Description
The enhancement of Safety of an Aircraft Operator through its organization :
- Scope of activities, stakeholders and environment , the challenges (operational-economical)
- Advantages and drawbacks of different Aircraft Operator's organisations,
- Process analysis of the Aircraft Operator's organization,
- Safety policy and just culture.
Managing the risks :
- Introduction of the Fatigue Risk Management System in the aviation industry,
- Crisis management and ERP,
- Data collection: Safety report and Flight data monitoring
- The need for a relevant accident mapping leads to an accurate hazards analysis,
- Inside an AO : Hazard identification methods : reactive, proactive, predictive,
- Risk assessment and mitigation.
How to evaluate the SMS effectiveness ?
- How to build up an SMS Dashboard,
- Safety audit and safety investigation. Looking for the root causes,
- Analyse a management of change: new organization, new equipment, new route.
