Objectifs de la formation
After completing this module, the student will be able to :

Describe Approved Training organization (ATO);

Understand and analyse the specificities of a training organization;

Explain the importance of ATO in safety management;

Define ATO personnel, documentation, training devices, tool, and facilities;

Analyse the hazards and associated risks with the training activity and inherent to the organization itself;

Assess the risks;

Build the frame of reference for the SMS;

Organize an efficient data collection and data analysis system;

Create a safety action plan;

Implement a “just culture” in an ATO;
- Assess the SMS.
