Résumé
After this module, the applicant will be able to consider human and organizational factors/levers in safety and to engage a collective towards the next level of safety in their organization.
Objectifs de la formation
- Explain the main principles of the human factor approach
- Describe the key human factor components relevant for aviation activities
- Explain the organizational perspective on safety approach
- Assess the safety culture of an organization
- Lead change in an organization by using project management techniques
- Use some facilitating methods and tools for preparing a meeting, a brainstorming session or a workshop
