Résumé/Summary
This training course will provide attendees with a global view of ATM Digitalization, including SWIM and some expected benefits regarding advanced ATM concepts such as ATFCM, CDM, FF-ICE etc. towards TBO.
Objectifs de la formation
- Appreciate the global strategy for digitalisation
- Understand the needs for data quality with PBN and with AIM
- Define SWIM, the needs for service orientation and the expected benefits
- Understand how digitalisation can contribute to advanced ATM concepts (such as A-CDM, ATFCM)
- Have a clear picture of the different projects and challenges to reach TBO (new concepts such as FF-ICE, flight objects, dynamic airspace management)

- Explain the needs for digitalisation
- Contextualise digitalisation in the global strategy (GANP, SESAR)
- Understand the PBN context : trigger for higher data quality
- Explain the transition from AIS to AIM, with data quality
- SWIM overview, information sharing, for example A-CDM, FF-ICE
- ATFCM and digitalisation
- ASM challenges : new entrants, dynamic airspace management
- Towards Trajectory Based Operations
